poll skinner let s you completely configure the look and feel of the
poll without editing any script or stylesheets. All you have to do is
edit the config file and give it the required database info, it s all
web-based from there. Adding a poll is a simple server side include.
The polls operate in secondary popup windows instead of having to
change a page each time. Ballot-stuffing is prevented through the use
of cookies and IP address logging. Although, IP address logging isn t
always the best way since many corporate networks only expose one IP
address to the Internet and there may be hundreds of potential voters
